Veirano Advogados has a unique program for investing in post-graduate and masters courses in Brazil and abroad for the legal team, with the goal of training and developing the technical skills of our professionals, besides reinforcing our ability to deliver legal services that are in line with our clients’ needs and expectations.
Through Veirano Institute, every year we send an average of six or seven partners for long and short-term trainings abroad, mainly in the United States and Europe. By way of partnerships with foreign firms, we regularly welcome foreign lawyers and send our lawyers abroad, for an intense exchange of experiences. Our partners give internal presentations on specific subjects related to their practice areas, with the goal of disseminating invaluable knowledge to lawyers and trainees from other practices.
On top of this, we encourage the active participation of our professionals in leading industry conferences and seminars, for learning and also to disseminate the Firm’s practice expertise.

By way of the “Veirano Trainee Program”, students get hands-on experience in the profession with lawyers well-known nationally and internationally in their respective practice areas. From the work developed by Veirano Institute, everyone can attend internal presentations given by our partners, as well as by invited speakers. Our trainees are evaluated twice a year, so to be directed about productivity, quality and skills to be developed.
The percentage of permanent hiring of law students who train at Veirano Advogados is high, as preference is always given to students who developed themselves in the Firm. More than half of our partners started as trainees.
