Lawyers
As Brazil takes on a new role on the international market, Brazilian companies and the multinationals that operate here begin to demand ever-more complex legal assistance.
Our firm has a unique program for funding the costs of post-graduate and master's courses both in Brazil and abroad for its attorneys, seeking to train and develop the technical skills of our professionals.
The Professional Development Group ("GDP"), made up of partners and coordinated by the Manager of Legal Practices, every year sends an average of five to eight professionals for long-term training abroad. We currently have five attorneys working at foreign firms, with three doing their master's degree in the United States and Europe.
On top of this, our firm encourages the active participation of its attorneys in conferences and seminars in the various areas in which it renders services, also promoting its own events to stimulate the debate of current themes among its professionals.
Staff
Veirano Advogados offers its administrative staff incentives and benefits to finance both long and short-term courses. as we believe that the excellence we provide should permeate the whole scenario of our organization.
Our firm also has a program of compensation that offers a half-yearly payment of profit-sharing, health insurance, funeral assistance and life insurance.
The "POV" - Veirano Opportunities Program offers a chance of growth to our internal public, through recruitment. This is part of our program of boosting the "home team".
Trainees
Through the Veirano Trainee Program the students gets hands-on experience of the profession with lawyers well-known nationally and internationally in their respective areas, as well as handling responsibility for the follow-up of cases and being subject to the system of twice-yearly assessment to orient them on their productivity, qualities and skills to be developed.
On top of this, on completing a trainee period of six months, the student can enjoy the benefits offered by the GDP - Professional Development Group, which encourages taking courses linked to the activity performed by the trainee in the office.
The percentage of permanent hiring of university students is high, while the hiring of new graduates on the market is negligible, as preference always goes to students who grew up in the firm.
